Our services
SMMHUBB LTD provides remote, digital social media advertising services. The website describes our general capabilities and does not itself create a service contract. Specific deliverables, platforms, responsibilities and timings are set out in a written client agreement.
Scope, budget and fees
Campaign scope, advertising budgets and service fees must be agreed in writing before work starts. Any changes require agreement. Advertising platform spend is distinct from agency service fees; the client agreement explains the payment arrangements.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate instructions, appropriate account permissions and advertising materials they are entitled to use. Clients retain ownership of their advertising accounts and assets. Campaign content must comply with applicable law and platform policies.
Campaign performance
Campaign performance depends on audience, budget, offers, competition and platform conditions. We do not guarantee sales, leads, conversions or a particular return. Our commitment is to the agreed services and clear reporting.
Third-party platforms
Social platforms are operated by third parties. Their availability, review decisions, advertising policies and account restrictions may affect delivery. We cannot control platform decisions or guarantee uninterrupted platform access.
Website use and agreements
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access or infringe others’ rights. Any engagement-specific liability, payment, cancellation and dispute provisions must be confirmed in the written service agreement. Nothing in these website terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
