Campaign arrangements should be clear before any work begins.
Your written agreement
Cancellation notice periods, payment terms and any applicable refund arrangements are confirmed in your written service agreement before work begins. Please refer to that agreement for the terms of your engagement.
Requesting cancellation
Contact us by email with your business name, campaign details and the changes or cancellation you are requesting. We will review the request against the agreed scope, work already completed and any outstanding commitments.
Advertising platform spend
Advertising spend paid to a social platform is separate from agency fees. Refunds for platform charges are governed by the relevant platform’s terms and decisions. We cannot promise reimbursement of spend already delivered by a platform.
Applicable rights
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights that apply to you. If you have a concern about service delivery or an invoice, contact us so it can be reviewed.
